This paper presents Juan Bosco Díaz Murillo’s theoretical proposal that the gravitational constant G may vary over cosmic time in relation to changes in the universe’s mass-energy density. The work explores the implications of this hypothesis for cosmic evolution and gravitational systems and proposes a mechanism linking radiation, spacetime, and the growth of the observable universe. The paper also discusses alternative interpretations of cosmological phenomena within this framework.
